Este tema debe constituirse en un asunto de prioridad socioeconómica nacional por el impacto hacia todo el común de los colombianos y por la magnitud de los recursos que se administran. Asunto: Solicitud de Audiencia con el Señor Presidente de la República de Colombia para exponerle el tema INSTITUCIONALDAD DEL ENVEJECIMIENTO HUMANO, cuyo documento se adjunta a esta solicitud.

Nuestra organización representa  a los Pensionados y a los Adultos Mayores y  estamos siempre muy comprometidos con verdadera vocación de servicio hacia el bien común de la sociedad. Por ello, hemos venido trabajando con mucha dedicación y persistencia en propuestas en defensa de los derechos, que hemos sustentado, ante el Congreso, los Ministerios y ante la Corte Constitucional para el beneficio colectivo de nuestro amplio sector y de Colombia, buscando el cumplimiento de la Constitución Política de Colombia, las leyes, los decretos, los tratados y los convenios nacionales e internacionales.

Con el ánimo de colaborar en las transformaciones que Usted y su gobierno han trazado en el Plan Nacional de Desarrollo 2018-2022 Pacto por Colombia, Pacto por la Equidad, comedidamente le comunicamos que hemos desarrollado una seria investigación que le estamos adjuntando y ponemos a su consideración y análisis denominada INSTITUCIONALDAD DEL ENVEJECIMIENTO HUMANO. En el contenido del Plan de Desarrollo no está muy priorizado este importantísimo tema mundial, tema que debería de estar incluido en el Pacto Estructural de la EQUIDAD, pues la Dra. Gloria Alonso, directora del DNP dijo «la prioridad es la EQUIDAD» en el Plan de Desarrollo. Decimos esto porque en el mundo, de acuerdo con nuestra investigación, la mayoría de las personas adultas mayores está entre las más pobres en todas las sociedades. Este sector se ve excluido socialmente y aislado de los procesos de toma de decisión, lo cual no sólo afecta sus ingresos, sino que también contribuye a la pobreza de sus casas, el deterioro de su salud e inseguridad personal. Según el Ministerio del trabajo al 12 de septiembre de 2018 en Colombia había 6.330.144 Adultos Mayores y se calcula que en  2020 llegarán a 6.5 millones. De adultos mayores existen 4.119.657 entre pobres y extremadamente pobres. Por ello hay que impulsar profundas transformaciones en las formas de organización social, económica y fundamentalmente, en las instituciones en las que las personas mayores no sean excluidas a partir de su edad cronológica, sino que se constituyan como sujetos de derechos en el marco de una “sociedad para todas las edades”.

Le agradeceríamos mucho, Señor Presidente, que a dos o tres personas de nuestra Junta Directiva Nacional nos permita visitarlo a su despacho o donde Usted disponga, con el fin de explicarle con más detalle nuestra importante iniciativa, que redundará en la calidad de vida de todos los 6.330.144 de Adultos Mayores de Colombia. Esto, para ser coherente con el peso tan importante que Usted le otorgó a la EQUIDAD en el Marco del Plan Nacional de Desarrollo 201-2022 «Pacto por Colombia, Pacto por la Equidad».

FELIZ NAVIDAD, PAZ, AMOR Y EXITOS POR MUCHOS AÑOS, LES DESEA LA ALIANZA NACIONAL DE PENSIONADOS  – anp

Finalmente nos llegó la Navidad.

Hace 7 años nacimos, nos conocimos como Organización y realizamos gestiones direccionadas a cumplir con nuestra misión.

Queremos agradecer a muchos por el compromiso adquirido y concentrar nuestras energías y actitudes para que el próximo y los venideros años sean de verdadero esfuerzo de cada uno de nosotros y así, entre todos, podamos alcanzar la prosperidad que queremos para los Pensionados, Adultos Mayores y Sociedad Civil de Colombia.

Juntos y actuando como equipo podremos lograr el cumplimiento de nuestras metas.

Seguiremos interactuando, buscando estratégicamente la UNIDAD Y DIGNIDAD de los Pensionados, Adultos Mayores y Sociedad Civil, en todos los escenarios nacionales e internacionales, para el beneficio de todas las sociedades en el mundo, estableciendo políticas de estado que permitan garantizar la estabilidad social, económica y ambiental de las mismas.

ULTIMAS NOTICIAS DE LA ALIANZA NACIONAL DE PENSIONADOS

APRECIADOS AMIGOS PENSIONADOS, ADULTOS MAYORES Y SOCIEDAD CIVIL

Comedidamente les informamos sobre el acontecer de tres temas, que consideramos son relevantes para todos nosotros:

1-Esta tarde, el Dr. Jhon Milton Rodriguez, senador y uno de los ponentes del Proyecto de ley de Financiamiento nos comunicó que hace minutos había terminado la duda que había sobre si cobraría retención en la fuente para las pensiones de más de 4.5 millones. Pues en reunión con el Ministro de Hacienda se acordó suprimir del proyecto de ley el artículo 31. Por lo anterior, nos comentó no habrá cobro de retención en la fuente para los pensionados.

2-Mañana a las 3 PM en reunión de la Sala Plena está en primer lugar del Orden del día la ponencia de la Dra. Cristina Pardo que tiene como objetivo tumbar 8% de los aportes de la cotización en salud de los pensionados que ganan el salario mínimo. Esta decisión se gestó por la demanda que interpuso, hace algunos meses, la exempleada textil María Dolores Quiroga ante la Corte Constitucional al salir jubilada y notar la rebaja sustancial de su mesada afectada por el cobro del 12% en el aporte en salud. Ojala que mañana sea ratificada por la sala Plena de la Corte y si es así, ordenará al Congreso y al gobierno a promover una ley  para jubilados de salario mínimo.

Si es así la decisión, en un futuro podremos reclamar con la Constitución, leyes y con algunas Sentencias la extensión al resto de pensionados.

3-El establecimiento de impuestos está afectando el mínimo vital lo que constituye una transgresión al principio de progresividad. Por ello, los participantes en la Comisión Permanente de Concertación de Políticas Salariales y Laborales, que está analizando el incremento al salario mínimo, deberá proponer vehementemente que el mínimo vital se equipare a la canasta familiar. En estos momentos la canasta familiar está en 1 millón 500 mil pesos. O sea que se necesitan mínimo dos personas para vivir dignamente con ese valor. Se tiene que luchar para alcanzar, al menos, esa dignidad.
